He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McLemore Jr. and Joan Burdick McLemore. He is survived by: his wife Denise "Dee" Tullis McLemore; his children, Rhett McLemore, Shauna Snyder (Chris) and Zach Turner (Trish); his grandchildren, Cole, Kaylin, Reagan, Addison Snyder and Wyatt Turner; and his brothers, Stuart McLemore (Kathy) and Harold McLemore (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in Mac's memory, http://pancan.org. to help continue the fight against the disease that touched his life.
