She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen Smith and Judith Anderson Smith. She is survived by: her stepmother Ann; her sister Melissa; her daughters, Melissa (Don), Ginger (John Jr) and Tori (Rob); her grandchildren, Christina, Rebecca, Seth and Makayla; and her great grandchild Londyn.
