He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Reed Elrod; his son Ty; his daughter-in-law Donna Elrod; his grandchildren, Cameron Elrod (Taylor Elrod) and Cassidy Stine (David Stine) of McCormick, SC; and his great grandchildren, Harlee, Rhett and Evy Ann.
