With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmy Waldrep of Folkston, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphus Waldrep (Frank) and Beulah Waldrep (Midge); his former wife Kimberly Elmer Waldrep; his wife Vikki Waldrep; his daughter Courtney Giles; his siblings, Art Waldrep and Debra Thornbrue; and his nephews, Billy Fee, Sy Minton and Sean Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Steven J. Waldrep of Statesboro, GA, Mason A. Waldrep of Guam and Nikki Birlingmeir; his sisters, Charlotte Wright (James) of Pflugerville, TX, Jackie Berry (Roy) of Folkston, GA and Jill Peck (Bob) of Benson, AZ; and his siblings' children, Lee Rolette (TX), Sheila Heggood (FL), Tiffany Minton (AZ), Sarah Waldrep (MO), Amy Waldrep (MO), Jay Rolette (TX), Chris Berry (GA) and Aaron Waldrep (MO).
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Folkston Church of Christ (228 Kingsland Dr, Folkston, GA 31537).
