He is survived by: his wife Connie O'Quinn Bass; his children, Ryan Bass (Danielle), Casey Bass Theus (Chuck), Gregory Cowart (Erika), Whitney Cowart, Sam Cornett, Robert "Bobby" Bass (Gilda) and John Bass, Jr. (Helen); and his grandchildren, Blayde Brewer, Gabriel Brewer, Amelia Crews, ViviAnne Bass, Seth Hodges, Addison Grace Cowart and Lucianna Harris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
