He is survived by: his parents, Michael Marr, and Lorna Marr, Sr.; his wife Marie Marr of Folkston; his children, AnnMarie Telegdy (Zachary) of Hortense, Michaela Marr of Augusta and James Watts, Jr. of Augusta; his brothers, Phillip Marr (Amanda) of Waverly and Joseph Marr (Amanda) of Folkson; and his grandchildren, Finley Watts, Micah Ison and Michael Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
