Ronnie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Pitts; his stepfather Larry Pitts; his father Ernest Manning; and his stepmother Annie Manning. He is survived by: his wife Penny Manning (McMillan); his children, Amber Manning of Folkston, GA and Zary Manning (Katy) of Andrews, NC; his sisters, Grace Manning of Quincy, FL, Hope Dione of Quincy and Judy Briggs of Tampa; and his stepsiblings, Emily Gene, Barry Pitts, Joel Pitts and Daniel Pitts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
