He was predeceased by: his parents, Freize Miller and Jennie Miller. He is survived by: his children, Sean, Christopher Miller and Heather Burns; his grandchildren, Mary Gwen, Sarah, Taylor, Caroline, Holly, Hunter and Caitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Charlie and Liza.

At the beginning of the pandemic, George was in the early stages of dementia.
