The passing of Alton Leo Silver Sr. of Forsyth, Georgia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Silver and Edna Jackson Silver; his son Todd Harmon; and his brothers, Lonnie Silver and Steve Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Silver; his children, Alton Silver, Jr. (Kate), Tonya Bullard, Scott McKenzie Silver (Sarah), Brad Harmon (Charlene), Dana Harmon and Lisa Harmon; and his sister Laverne Crank. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moody-Daniel Funeral Home (10170 US-19, Zebulon, GA 30295). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
