She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Laura Nichols and Thomas Don Nichols; her husband Leland Nobel Hawkins; her siblings, Walter Thomas Nichols, Raymond Hershel Nichols, Bobby Gene Nichols and Glenda Gail Adams; and her granddaughter Kaylah Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Leland Hawkins, Victoria Jeanenne Hawkins and Tracy Deann Hawkins; her grandchildren, Joshua McCullough, Jacob McCullough, Kristin Haywood and Kimberly Gilbert; and her sister Martha Jones. She is also survived by three children, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
