We are sad to announce that, on June 10, 2022, at the age of 74, Barbara McWaters Burgan of Forsyth, Georgia, born in Thomaston, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trellis McWaters and Ethel Watson McWaters; her children, Melinda Philmon, Lance Philmon and Sammy Philmon; and her sister Darnell Marsh.
She is survived by: her son David Philmon (Betty) of Forsyth Ga; and her brother George McWaters (Janet). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
