She was predeceased by : her parents, Zead Sullivan and Bernell Sullivan; her husband Raymond C. Howard; her siblings, Larry, Gene, Richard Sullivan and Shirley Boyce; and her son-in-law Bob Gillespie.

She is survived by : her children, Jan Gillespie of Atlanta, Pam Howard of Los Angeles, California and Jeffrey Howard of Macon, Georgia; and her siblings, Imogene Gilbert (Roy) of Forsyth, Georgia and Ray Sullivan of Bremen, Georgia..
