It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Whitehead Sparks of Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David Whitehead and Donie Whitehead; and her sister Pauline Whitehead Branch. She is survived by : her husband Edward Sparks; her granddaughter Leigh Jenkins; her siblings, Quincy Whitehead, Warren Whitehead, Adolph Whitehead, James Whitehead, Ralph Whitehead and Helen Whitehead Fountain; her children, Paula Jenkins (Kenneth) of Forsyth and Cherilynn; her grandchildren, Stan of Forsyth, GA, Amanda Riley (T. J.) of Forsyth, GA, Landon Sparks (Kelley) of Forsyth, GA, Kyle Sparks (Leslie) of Forsyth, GA and Jackson Sparks of Forsyth, GA; her great grandchildren, Julia Jenkins of Forsyth, GA, Ryan Jenkins of Forsyth, GA, Andon Riley of Forsyth, GA, Ava Riley of Forsyth, GA, Cameron Sparks of Forsyth, GA, Laney Sparks of Forsyth, GA, Tennyson Sparks of Forsyth, GA and Kane Sparks of Forsyth, GA; her siblings, Cleo Cowin and Eugene Whitehead (Nancy); and her sisters-in-law, Helen Granade and Josie Sparks. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to donor's favorite charity.
