She was predeceased by: her husband Walter H. Major; her in-laws, L. C. and Addie Major; and her siblings-in-law, G. W. Major, Pete Johnson and Ada Mae Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Major and Reita Major Webb; her granddaughters, Madison Stolzman and Natalie Stolzman; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Johnson, Sue Major, James (Gail Major) and Lewis (Eva Major). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
