He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richland, Sr. and Marjorie Fair Richland; and his siblings, James F. Richland and Louise Stone. He is survived by: his wife Donna Richland; his children, Joseph Scarborough (Krista), Harold III (Tripp), Andy Richland (Whitney), Jim Richland (Jenna) and Katie Whitley (Patrick); his grandchildren, Drew Scarborough, Hunter Richland, Noah Richland, Isaac Richland, Evan Scarborough, Clara Richland, Avery Richland, Andrew Richland, Welles Whitley and Scout Whitley; and his brother Bernard Richland.
