She is survived by: her husband Richard Carl Forgay; her daughter Sarah Marie (Collin) of Forsyth; her sister Eva-Marie Gamble (Bruce) of Lakeland, FL; her sisters-in-law, Dianne Forgay Smith and Judy Brothers; and her sibling's children, Matthew Pitney, Carl Pitney, Stephen Pitney, Kenneth Pitney Randy Pitney, David Bledsoe and Julienne Gamble.
