She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley and Julia Byrd; her husband W. J. Moss; her sons, Cecil Hembree and Alex Hembree; and her siblings, Ma1, Arvil Byrd, Arnold Byrd, Eldon Byrd and Alma Jean Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Hembree of Clinton, TN, Jeanie Roach (Gene) of Clinton, TN and Stephanie High (Lewis) of Forsyth, GA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Vasper Cemetery (273 Old Vasper Rd, Caryville, TN 37714).
