It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Demarest (Forsyth, Georgia), who passed away on August 6, 2019, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Livingston M. 'Rusty' Demarest, Jr.; his great-uncle Jack Strauss; and his cousin Ricardo Oses. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Lyle and Kate Demarest Lastinger; his brother Jaron Lastinger of Macon, GA; his grandmothers, Patricia 'Tisa' Chamberlain of Altamont, TN, Susan Demarest of Forsyth and Jane Lastinger of Snellville, GA; his uncle James Demarest of Chattanooga, TN; and his close friends, Aiden Bleshoy, Trever Brooks, Sam Moore and Grayson Murdock.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Jack's memory to the Mary Persons High School, Future Farmers of America.
