James Welborne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James Welborne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James Welborne will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Beavers of Michigan and Ida Belle Smith Beavers; and his son Stacey Jamal Beavers. He is survived by: his wife Arnita T. Beavers of Forsyth; his children, James Bernard Beavers (James Berry) of Stone Mountain, Georgia and Cicely Jamese Richard (Roland) of Lawrenceville, Georgia; and his grandsons, Roland III and Mathieu. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Memorial Gardens (350 Upper Riverdale Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30236).
