He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry James Payne, Sr. and Mildred Cauthen Payne; his daughter Julia Elizabeth Payne; and his brother Gary Payne. He is survived by: his children, Blake Wyatt Payne of Forsyth and Leah Payne Oldham of Chattanooga, TN; his brother Pat Payne of McRae; his grandchildren, Madeline Davis, Conner Davis, Lane Davis and Huntley Payne; his nephew Josh Payne; his niece Mandy Payne Johnson; and his former wife Susan Payne of Forsyth. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
