She is survived by : her husband Forrest Phillips; her children, Joseph Phillips (Susan) and Linda Phillips; her grandchildren, Jessica Stripling (Ray), Forrest Cole Phillips, Elizabeth Mobley (Jason) and Cameron Phillips (Sydnie); her great grandchildren, Kaiden Stripling, Loretta Stripling, Braydon Martelli, Dakota Martelli, Maebry Mobley, Jensen Mobley, Jaxon Phillips and Jett Phillips; her brothers, Lee Johnson (Lena), Kenneth Johnson, Stevie Johnson (Cricket) and Chris Johnson; her sister-in-law Doris Ivey (Larry); and her sister Emma Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
