He is survived by: his parents, Lennis Irvin Clark II of Butler and Brandy Marie Smith of Forsyth; his siblings, Konner Clark (Kaitlyn) of Butler, Jamieson "Tator" Clark (Bethany) of Forsyth, Paxton Storey of Forsyth, Jesse House of Butler and Heavenly Simpkins of Butler; and his grandparents, Lennis and Annette Clark of Forsyth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 40 Shaw Ave, Forsyth, GA 31029.
