It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luanne Scott Bailey of Forsyth, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard C. "Boots" Scott and Annette Meeks Scott. She is survived by : her daughters, JoAnna Leigh Bailey and Jessica Lynn Bailey; her stepson Christopher Levi Bailey (Zahava); her grandchildren, MaKaylah Lipscomb, Tristen Bailey, Ayden Bailey, Jaxson Bailey, Nevaeh Santamaria and Jonah Bailey; and her brothers, Ricky Scott (Faye) and Stanley Scott.
