She is survived by: her brother Donald Cleveland; her former spouse Reba Arnett; her son Jesus; her husband Henry J Self; her daughters, Charlotte Bryan (Buddy) and Joy Ham (John); her grandchild Devereaux Jarrett (Randi); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Hasty (Clyde) and Margie Hufstetler (Gene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
