She is survived by: her daughter LaShawn Salique Moore (Nathaniel) of Milledgeville, GA; her niece Monique Barnes (Bobby); her siblings, Annie Bloodser of Forsyth, Georgia, Lois Crayton of Las Vegas, Nevada and Ralph Lewis of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Kiara Johnson and NaJada Moore; and her great grandchild Carliyah Hogan.
