He is survived by: his wife Leslie Osborne Frazier of Forsyth; his children, Grayson Thomas and Sutton Thomas; his mother Liisa Frazier of Bolingbroke, Georgia; his brother Dr. Michael Kristopher Frazier (Jaimie) of Rochelle, Georgia; and his nephew Lane Kristopher Frazier of Rochelle, Georgia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Monroe County Memorial Chapel (86 W Main St, Forsyth, GA 31029).
