It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of McRay Newsom (Forsyth, Georgia), who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Pete Newsom and Mae Newsom; his siblings, Paul and Bettye; and his children, Cheryl Fleming (Tim) of Cumming, GA and David of Atlanta. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, six great grand-children, and several nieces and nephews.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church, EEE Sunday School Class Helping Hand Fund, 2715 Peachtree Rd. NE; Atlanta, GA 30305.
