We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2025, at the age of 84, Patricia Crutchfield (Forsyth, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin Doyce Crutchfield; her parents, James Henry Taylor and Ophelia Gertrude Smith Taylor; and her siblings, Kenneth Smith, Wayne Taylor, Ruby Lawson and Betty Allen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Hutzler (Rod) of Forsyth and Lynn Evans of Forsyth; her stepsons, Ben Crutchfield and Jason Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Chad Hutzler, Duane Jaynes, Liana Bertram, Adam Crutchfield, Christopher Crutchfield, Kielly Crutchfield, Madison Crutchfield, Alex Crutchfield, Blake Crutchfield and Abby Crutchfield; and her great grandchildren, Dahlia of Austin, B. J., Evan, Grace, Lily, Sutton and Asher.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Monroe County Memorial Chapel (86 W Main St, Forsyth, GA 31029). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Monroe Memorial Gardens (Forsyth, GA 31029).
