He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rocky, Eloise Sheldon, Robert and Doris Eyler; and his cousin Jason Eyler.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Eyler and Kel-Ann Eyler of Forsyth; his siblings, Jeanne Louise Martin (Jeffrey) of Prosper, TX and John Sheldon Eyler of Forsyth; his aunts and uncles, Petti-Jeanne Sheldon of Forsyth, Mary Etta King (Robert) of Durham, NC, Connie Baird (Mike) of Frisco, TX, John R. Eyler (Fonda) of Gainesville, FL and Richard R. Eyler (Barbara) of Centennial, CO; his niece Amalia Martin; his nephews, Davis Martin and Jack Martin; Della Elliott, Peter Stoudt, Karen, Philip Joe, Jinhi Jacobs, Pam, Steve Stewart and Sheldon. He is also survived by cousins, and many other close family and friends.
