He is survived by: his wife Viola Freeman Epps; his children, Shelia Ann Harris, Ricky Anthony Epps Jr. (Abigail), Adolphus Eugene Epps, Portia Greer and Fernell Adriel Epps (Nadia); and his siblings, Willie James Epps (Cathy), Beverly Farley (Willie Jeff), Arthur Lee Epps (Isabell), Serbrena Epps, Danita Chambliss (Walter), Daniel Epps and Letieia Douglas (Darryl). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and close friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at 150 Powerhouse Rd, Forsyth, GA 31029.
