He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watts and Annie Mae Watts Sr.; and his siblings, Dorothy Louise Head and Bobbie Jean Jester. He is survived by: his siblings, Gregory Watts, Evelyn Echols, Annie M. Evans and Delores W. Taylor; and his nephew Billy Jerome Wyke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
