He is survived by: his wife Fraye Maxine Allen; his sons, Spencer Ray Allen, James Russell Allen and David Barry Allen (Tara); his grandchildren, Joseph Allen, Kristen Hull (Phillip), Montana Sticher, Tyler Allen, Rachel Brennan (Daniel), Sydney Allen, Noah Allen and Payton Allen; and his sister Libby Householder. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
