He was predeceased by: his parents, J. P. Hullender and Aline Hullender. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Casteel (Chris), Angela Pearson (Keith) and Jennifer Millican (Ken); his grandchildren, Ashley Clark (Dustin), Britny McMeen (John), Chase Dale (Peyton), Kara Murphy (Jason), Heather Lacy (Josh) and Maygan McFarland (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Kinzlie Cates, Haven Cates, Tillie Pearl Cooper, Leighton McMeen, Pearson McMeen, Ryder Dale, Bryson Dale, Deacon Dale, Adelyn Mae Clark, Annabelle Clark, McKinlee McFarland and Fox Lacey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
