He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hollifield and Esta Hollifield; and his sister Elaine McBryar. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lusk Hollifield; his son Shannon Hollifield (Patricia); his grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Crislyn, Autumn and Joceline; his great grandchildren, Liam, Tyler, Kylen, Rylen and Ridge; and his extended family, Amy, Randy, Chase and Allie Rogers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
