In the vast expanse of eternity, Larry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Larry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson-Hurley; his children, Mike Hurley (Maria), Michael Alford (Catherine), Angie Hurley and Greta Alford; and his sister Carolyn Hurley-Gilkey of Atlanta. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
