He is survived by: his wife Lori Brock; his daughter Hailey White; his stepchildren, Hunter and Maddie; his siblings, Mandy Westmorland (Jay), Christy Forrest (Scott), Brandy White and Bryan White; his grandson Jackson Morton; his grandparents, Rachel Southerland and Raymond Southerland; and his caregiver Wendy Bishop (Chuck). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
