He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carl Fox and Geraldine Fox (Douglas). He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Clark; his children, Luke Fox (Laura), Zachary Fox (Kassi), Hannah Istvanko (Daniel) and Rachel Apple (Reed); his grandchildren, Julia, Jorja, Logan, Layla, Jaxon Fox, Eliza Istvanko, Vallie and Conner Apple; and his siblings, Phillip Michael Fox (Mary), Donna Fox and Tammy Russo (George).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Erlanger Foundation in Pat's memory.
