It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Taylor Burns of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Isaac Taylor and Sarah Gibson Taylor; and her husband Miles Burns. She is survived by : her children, David Burns (Barbara), Diane Barringer (Robert), Robert "Bobby" T. Burns (Diana) and Joseph "Joey" Burns (Tricia); and her sister Independence Stringfield. She is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
