He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Travis Chapman (Shelly), Aaron Chapman (Becca), Cole Johnson (Jeslyn), Max Johnson, Charlie Johnson and Chris Clark (Hanah); his siblings, Tony Chapman (Brenda), Tammy Hegwood (Ricky), Lisa White (Terry), Erica Brittain (Scott), Gary "Rusty" Bouldin (Lori) and James R. Bouldin; his nephew Christopher Lance Chapman (Randy); Vanessa Bridgeman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
