He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Crisp (Dickerson). He is survived by: his father Jeff Crisp; his wife Altie Helen Crisp (Moore); his children, Brenna Holt (Jeff) of Raleigh, Lisa Bridges of Asheville and Dustin Crisp of Washington, DC; and his stepchildren, Sammie Hendrix (Tonya) of Folkston, Lynn Ferrington of Kingsland and Tracy Hendrix of Eastman, Georgia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Corinth Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may also be made to a favorite charity in Bert's memory.
