She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Pelkey and Lucia (Bombard) Pelkey; and her son Thomas Christopher Wilson. She is survived by : her husband Thomas T. Wilson; her daughters, Tina Wilson Cohen of Centreville, Virginia and Wendy Wilson of Ft. Valley, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Ava Wilson, Aidan Wilson, Benjamen Defore, Jr and T. J. Wilson; three great grandchildren, and her siblings, Bruce Pelkey, Joyce Lyman and Alida Linter.
Carolyn and her husband started Wilson's Bakery with their children which was well known in the community of Perry and Warner Robins, GA. In her retirement, she was passionate about crocheting and loved the time with her crochet club.
