She was predeceased by : her father Edgar (Mattie Collins McEarchern); her husband Hubert Smith; her grandsons, Shannon Smith, Ashley Smith and Rainer Smith; and her sisters, Sara Harris, Helen Harris, Barbara Sue Lunsford and Mattie Jo Vissage.

She is survived by : her sons, Lamar Smith (Jeanie), Raymond Smith (Susan), Darryl Smith (Pam) and Al Smith (Camille); and her siblings, Cornelia Fields, Eddie Mc Earchern (Cindy) and Janie Hardy (Johnny). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, family respectfully requests donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
