She was predeceased by : her parents, Reverend Guy Clinton Rainwater, Sr. and Lucy D. Rainwater (Johns); her husband Fred Cavender; her brother Guy C. Rainwater, Jr.; and her son-in-law Robert C. Costea, Sr..

She is survived by : her daughters, Karla C. Tuggle (Bob) of Monticello, GA. and Karen Costea of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Glade Tuggle, Lucy Tuggle of Monticello, GA., Robert Costea, Jr. (Sarah) and Ana Costea of Concord, NC; and her great grandchild Asher Costea of Concord, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's memory can be made to the Piedmont Academy Grandparents Club or New Hope Methodist Church, Monticello, GA.
