She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Moore and Daisy Moore (Glass); her husbands, Francis "Bob" Marion Dulaney and Henry Carpenter; her children, Christine Zammit, Robert Dulaney and Daniel Dulaney; her sister Judy Miller; her grandson Daniel Lee Dulaney; and her great grandchild Preslee Dulaney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Connell (Bob), Darlene Dimmick (Mike) and Sally Dulaney; and her grandchildren, Tracy Martin, Dawn Keittler, Brooke Dulaney, Bree Anderson, Michael Dimmick, Talbert Dulaney and Christie McDaniel.
