He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Hartman Harter; his stepmother Barbara Harmon Harter; and his brothers, David Harter Jr. and Steve Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his son Adam (Mercedes); his grandchildren, Colton and Kinley; his son Tyler (Kristen); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jace and Lillian; his son Sergio (Michelle); his grandson Leo; his son Nick (Aaren); his grandchildren, Sebastion, Elijah, Savannah, Kayden, Chris (Morgan), Hazlie, Ariana and Leland; his father David Harter (Lois); his sisters, Sheri Futrell (Richard), Jenny Eskridge (Tom) and Cindy Wittstock; and his aunt Rebecca Swift.
