He was predeceased by: his father Larry Gene Waits Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kay Hatcher Waits; his wife Dawn Waits; his children, Kyle Waits (Carolina), Dakota Ballard (Gracey), Dalton Ballard, Marissa Herndon (Dustin) and Presley Waits; his brothers, Larry Waits (Jennifer) and Shannon Waits (Dalisa); his grandchildren, Kynleigh, Kade, Kreek Waits, Daxton, Dawson and Dutton Herndon; his niece Brittany Waits; and his nephews, Jordan Waits, Brett Waits, Daniel Frank, David Frank and Baily Frank.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (7070 Houston Rd, Macon, GA 31216).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
