She is survived by: her children, Susan Ellis (Justin) and Ronald Metze; her grandchildren, Luke Ellis and Layton Ellis; and her siblings, Ronnie Cook (Kay), Jimmy Cook (Beverly) and Sybil Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
