With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Joyner Fair of Fort Valley, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Randall William Fair; and her father Ellis William Joyner. She is survived by: her children, Keith Joyner (Katie) and Jennifer Dalsing; her grandchildren, Hayden Joyner, Samantha Sifton (Brandon Collins), Danny Dalsing and Sara Dalsing; her great grandchild McKenna Collins; her mother Linda Keck; and her brother William Joyner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
