He is survived by: his mother Audrey Cosby of Locust Grove, Georgia; his brothers, Gary Cosby (Carrie) of Heber Springs and Mike Cosby of Locust Grove; and his children, Crissy Cosby Howell (Nicholas) and Eric Cosby. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
