He is survived by: his wife Patricia Beth Willoughby of Fortson, GA; his sons, Donald Willoughby, Jr. (Laura Laye Willoughby) of Hamilton, GA and Clay Willoughby (Lindsey Rae) of Columbus, GA; his grandson Owen Willoughby of West River, MD; his son Peyton Willoughby (Faith) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Charlotte of Columbus, GA and Dawson of Columbus, GA; his sons, James Willoughby of Columbus, GA, Andrew Willoughby of Columbus, GA and Quinley Grubbs of Columbus, GA; his sister Judy Rae Collins of Raleigh, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Jacque Willoughby of Norman, OK, Helen Reed of Watkinsville, GA and Debbie Curry of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
